Note Attack is a good, free program only available for Windows, being part of the category Science & education software with subcategory Music.

Great, basic, but you need to set the compatibility to Windows XP..
It was fine for a learner like me. My teacher reccomended it after I tried it on his computer. You just have to set the compatibility to Windows XP.
Pros: It includes both the treble and bass clef.
A simple game, partially configurable.
Cons: Compatibility for Windows 7.
